Wisdom Workforce Program

      Wisdom Force is for those of working age typically starting at age 16& up. We focus on providing on site job training at different locations. We also conduct workshops on self and business development. Those who are in this program are equipped with not only life skills but workforce skills in various areas. The more workshops & classes they attend it helps them develop the knowledge and confidence to go out on behalf of our organization and learn workforce skills through some of our associates, sponsors & or partners. These partners are usually small business owners who provide short term jobs where participants are paid but also carry no longterm commitment. This is helpful because they acquire a variety of skills faster. This ultimately helps participants figure out what types of jobs they want to do long term when out of our program.
